STARE, of the Borough of Mechanicsburg, County of Cumberland and State of Pennsylvania, being of sound and dis- posing mind, memory and understanding, do make, publish and declare this as and for my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking and making void all former wills and codicils by me at any time here- tofore made. 1. I order and direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid by my Executor, hereinafter named, as soon as conveniently may be done after my death. I order and direct that all of my said debts and exnenses, including the expenses of ad- ministration of my estate, be paid from the funds in my bank account at the First Bank and Trust Company of Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania. 2. If my wife, EVA M. STARE, survives me, I order and direct that my estate he distributed as follows: a. I give and bequeath the balance of the funds in my bank account at the First Bank and Trust Company of Mechanics- burg, Pennsylvania, after the payment of my debts and expenses as aforesaid, in equal shares to my wife, EVA M.
