PROPOSED SCHEDULE OF DISTRIBUTION OF EVA M. STARE,
EXECUTRIX OF THE LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF HOWARD
E. STARE, LATE OF THE BOROUGH OF MECHANICSBURG,
COUNTY OF Cl~BERLAND AND STATE OF PENNSYLVANIA,
DECEASED
Paragraph 2(a) of decedent's Will provides:
Tl . balance of the funds in my bank account
at The First Bank and Trust Company of Mechanics-
burg, Pa., after the payment of debts and expenses
as aforesaid, in equal shares to my wife, Eva M.
Stare, and my daughter, Celesta Simmons, share and
share alike."
The two accounts in said bank total $954.28 and the total debts
and expenses are $6,036.40, so that there is no distribution to
Eva M. Stare or Celesta Simmons under paragraph 2(a).
Paragraph 2(b) bequeaths the residue of the estate to Eva M.
Stare. The Executrix propose to distribute the net reside of the
estate in the amount of $9,265.51 to her under this paragraph.

Personally appeared before me, the undersigned officer, a
Notary Public in and for said Commonwealth and County, Eva M.
Stare, Executrix of the Last Will and Testament of Howard E.
Stare, deceased, who being duly sworn according to law, deposes
and states that the foregoing Schedule of Proposed Distribution
of the net assets of the Estate of Howard E. Stare, deceased,
is made in accordance with the provisions of decedentTs Will and
the Laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, applicable thereto,
that the same is a correct distribution of the net assets of said
decedentTs estate.
