I, BESSIE FOGELSANGER HARRIS, of the Borough of Carlisle,
Cumberland County, pennsylvania, do make, publish and declare
this as and for my last will and testament, hereby revoking
all wills by ne at any time heretofore made.
After the payment of all my debts and expenses by my
executrix hereinafter named, 1 give, bequeath and devise the
Whole of my estate, real, personal and mixed, in equal shares,
share and share alike, unto my three daughteps, Barbara H.
Grogan, Georgia H. Pembrook and Lorraine H. Rumer, and in the
event that any of my said daughters shall predecease me,
leaving issue to survive her, such surviving issue shall take
per stirpes and not per capita.
I authorize, empower and direct my executrix hereinafter
naned to sell all of my real estate at either public or private
sale and to give to the purchaser or purchasers thereof good
and sufficient deeds therefore.
I appoint my daughter, Barbara R. Grogan to serve without
bond as executrix of this my last will and testament.
In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal
