Rider respectfully represents: 1. That Petitioner is the cousin of Clara I. Way, and resides at 5890 Chambers Hill Road, Harrisburg, Pennsylvania 17111. 2. That the said Clara I. Way is 82 years of age and is at present at Holy Spirit Hospital, North 21st Street, Camp Hill, Pennsylvania. 3. That said Clara I. Way because of physical and mental infirmities is unable to manage her property. 4. That Petitioner is the only known living relative of the alleged incompetent, Clara I. Way. 5. The proposed Guardian is Dauphin Deposit Bank and Trust Company. Consent of the proposed Guardian is attached. 6. No other Court has ever assumed jurisdiction in any proceeding to determine the incompetency of the said Clara I. Way, the alleged incompetent. 7. The alleged incompetent has no Guardian already appointed. WHEREFORE, your Petitioner prays that a citation issue directed to the alleged incompetent to show cause why she should not be adjudged an incompetent and a guardian of her estate be appointed. ~ ' ~&L1k- George L. Way, the alleged incompetent, declares that Dauphin Deposit Bank and Trust Company has no interest adverse to that of the alleged incompetent and is neither the fiduciary nor the surety for any fiduciary of any estate in which the alleged incompetent may have any interest, and that it is willing to act and does hereby consent to its appointment as Guardian of the Estate of the alleged incompetent.
