PROPOSED SCHEDULE OF DISTRIBUTION
Decedent's Will contained specific bequests of $500.00 each
to Esther Lenig and Charles A. Way with the provision that the
gift should lapse if the legatee predeceased the testatrix. Both
legatees predeceased the testatrix and the accountant has consid-
ered the bequests null and void.
Decedent's Will did not bequeath the residue of the estate.
Her heirs under the intestate laws were two cousins, George Rider
and G. Kenneth Rider both of whom survived the testatrix. G. Ken-
neth Rider died May 28, 1981 and his wife Patricia Rider is his
executrix.
Decedent's Will contained specific bequests of personal prop-
erty to Kermit Labar and John M. Eakin, and a specific devise of
real estate to Kermit Labar, both of '\A7horn survived the testatrix.
The Accountant therefore proposes to distribute the balance
of the estate in the amount of $74,710.36 as follows:-

Personally appeared before me, the undersigned officer,
a Notary Public, in and for said Cowmonwealth and County,
JOHN M. EAKIN, Executor of the Last Will and Testament of
Clara I. Hay, late of the Township of East Pennsboro, County
of Cumberland and State of Pennsylvania, deceased, who being
duly sworn according to law, depose and state that the fore-
going Proposed Schedule of Distribution is true and correct
and represents a correct distribution of the net assets of
the Estate of Clara I. Way, deceased, and is made in accord-
ance with the provisions and directions contained in the
Last Will and Testament of the decedent and the laws of the
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF CLARA I. WAY
I, CLARA I. WAY, of the Township of East Pennsboro, County
of Cumberland and State of Pennsylvania, being of sound and dis-
posing mind, memory and understanding, do make, publish and de-
clare this my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking and making
void any and all prior Wills by me at any time heretofore made.
1.
I direct the payment of all my just debts and funeral expenses
as soon after my decease as the same can conveniently be done.
2.
I give and bequeath the sum of Five Hundred ($500.00) Dollars
to the Masonic Hall Association, of Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania,
in memory of my deceased husband, Horace H. Way.
3.
I give and bequeath the sum of Five Hundred ($500.00) Dollars
to my friend, Esther Lenig, of New Buffalo, Pennsylvania.
4.
I give and bequeath the sum of Five Hundred ($500.00) Dollars
to my stepson, Charles A. Way.
5.
I give and devise premises in East Pennsboro Township, known
and numbered as 163 Susquehanna Street, Enola, Pennsylvania, to
Kermit Labarr, absolutely and in fe(.simple.

room, to Kermit Labarr.
7.
I give and bequeath all items of personal property excluding
jewelry, cash, securities, stocks and bonds, etc., but including
all furniture, dishes, utensils, tools, equipment and like items
to John M. Eakin, of Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania.
8.
In the event Charles A. Way, Esther Lenig or Kermit Labarr
should prececease me, said gift shall lapse and fall into the
residue of my estate; in the event John M. Eakin predeceases me,
the gift shall not lapse but shall go instead to his heirs under
the intestate law.

I nominate, constitute and appoint John M. Eakin, to be the
Executor of this my Last Will and Testament, and in the event he
should predecease me or for any reason be unable or unwilling to
act as such, then I nominate, constitute and appoint J. Michael
Eakin, Executor of this my Last Will and Testament in his place
and stead.
I direct my Exectltor to deliver to George Kenneth Rider, the
hand painted pitcher in the dining room and blanket chest in the
bedroom which are his property and are not a part of my estate.
I direct that none of the above bequeathed items of personal
property shall be sold by my Executor either at public or private
sale.
