his bailiwick. He therefore deputized the sheriff of York
County, Pennsylvania, to serve the within Civil Action Law.Complaint
On January 13, 1987 , this office was in receipt of the

COMPLAINT
NOW COMES Dr. Stanley Schneider t/d/b/a Guidance Associates
of Pennsylvania by his attorneys, Purcell, Nissley, Krug &
Haller, and states as follows:
1. Plaintiff is Dr. Stanley Schneider t/d/b/a Guidance
Associates of Pennsylvania with a business address at 890
Poplar Church Road, Camp Hill, Cumberland County, PA 17011.
2. Defendants are Raymond A. Montchal and Lark Montchal, adult
individuals with a current residence address of Box 284
(Pleasant Lane) Lewisberry, York County, Pennsylvania 17339.
3. During 1986 Defendants appeared at the office of Plaintiff
in Camp Hill, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, for
professional services.
4. For these services, Plaintiff rendered a billing in the
amount of $388, a copy of which is attached hereto as
Exhibit A.
5. By letter of November 3, 1986, Plaintiff's attorney
requested payment.
6. Despite demand, Defendants have unreasonably refused to pay
to the Plaintiff the balance of $388, the sum presently due
and owing.
~FO~, Plaintiff requests your Honorable Court to enter
judgment in favor of the Plaintiff and against the Defendants in
the amount of $388 plus interest and costs of suit.
