ADJUDICATION AND DECREE AWARDING PiliAL ESTATE
AND NOW, this 13th day of October, 1981, no objections hav-
ing been filed to the First and Final Account and Statement of
Proposed Distribution of John M. Eakin, Executor of the Estate
of Clara T. Way, late of East Pennsboro Township, County of
Cumberland and State of Pennsylvania, deceased, within the time
fixed by the Rules of Court, said Account is hereby confirmed
absolutely and the Schedule of Proposed Distribution is hereby
approved and Distribution is awarded in accordance therewith.
IT IS FURTHER ADJUDGED AND DECREED, that in accordance
v'lith the said Final Account and Statement of Proposed T'istri-
bution as confinned by the Court, that the Distribution of the
following described real estate of the decedent is hereby award-
cd to Kermit Labarr, his heirs and assigns, a description of
vJhich is as follows, to wit:-
ALL THAT CERTAIN piece and parcel of ground
knmi'n as 163 Susquehanna Avenue, Enola, East Penns-
boro Tmmship, Cumberland County, ~tate of "?ennsyl-
vania, bounded and descri'bec~ as :"'0110\'J8:
BEGINNING at a point in the westerly line of
Susquehanna Avenue at the distance of twenty feet
and seven hundred forty-five one-thousandths of a
foot measured southwardly alonp sa;_(' line of Avenue
from the southeasterly extrerrity OC th~ arc or curve

having a radius of ten feet connecting the southerly
line of Dauphin Street with the said westerly line of
Susquehanna Avenue; extending thence along the said
line of Susquehanna Avenue, South five degrees nine
minutes thirty seconds West fifty feet; thence North
eighty-four degrees fifty minutes thirty seconds ~~est
one hundred and fifty-six feet and five hundred and
sixty-one one-thousandths of a foot; thence North
twenty-four degrees thirty-seven minutes five seconds
East fifty-three feet and twenty-nine one-thousandths
of a foot; thence passing through the widdle of the
party wall between the house on this lot and the house
on the lot adjoining on the North, South eighty-four
degrees fifty minutes thirty seconds East one hundred
and thirty-eight feet and eight hundred and ninety-
three one-thousandths of a foot to the place of BEGINN-
ING.
BEING a part of the premises (Tract No.2) in a
deed dated October 5, 1956, and recorded in the office
of the Recorder of Deeds in and for Cumberland County,
in Deed Book ilL", Volurr.e 17, at Page 239 to Horace H.
Way and Clara T. Way, his wife. Horace H. Way died
November 10" 1966 wherey upon fee simple title vested
in Clara I. Hay.
