I, ffiSSIE L. HOCKENBERRY, widow, of 12 Lafayette Street in tI1e
Boroug of NewvilleJ Cumberland CountYJ PennsylvaniaJ being of sound and
disposing mind, memory 3.nd understanding, do hereby make" publish and
declare this as and for my last Will and Testament.. hereby revoking and
making void any and all Wills by me at any time heretofore made.
1. I direct my hereinafter named Executors to pay all of my just debts
and funeral expenses as soon after my death as may be found c,mvenient to do
so.
2. All the rest.. residue and remainder of my estate.. real, personal
and mixed, and w:leresoever the same may be situate, I giveJ devise, and
bequeath in equal shares to my ten (10) children.. tIle share of any deceased
child to pass to his or her issue, per stirpes. I am the mother of the followin
ten (10) children: Mary K. Fetter.. Roy C.Hockenberry, Helen R. Bear..
James N. Hockenberry.. Marie R. Barrick.. Elsie L. Warner.. Frank R.
Hockenberry.. Clyde D. Hockenberry.. John C. Hockenberry and Grant L.
Hockenberry.
3. In be event any person under the age of 21 years shall share in my
estate.. I direct that the Carlisle Office of Daup~-;in Deposit Trust Company..

shall be Guardian of the estate of such minor child and hereby authorize
and direct the said Dauphin Deposit Trust Company to pay the income arising
from the estate of eaC'j such child for the support, maintenance and education
~
of such child, to the person having custody of SUCrl child, and
also authorize and direct the Dauphin Deposit Trust Company to pay from the
principal of the estate of each child any amount whicl in its judgment is nec-
essary or desirable to be expended for the supportJ maintenance or education
of SUCh minor child.

4. I hereby nominate" constitute and appoint two of my children,
Mcuy K. Fetter and Roy C. Hockenberry as Co-Executors of this my last Will
and Testament, and I further direct that neither one shall be required tc) post
any bond to secure the faithful performance of his duties in the Commonwealth
of Pennsylvania or in any other jurisdiction.
