I, Clarence J. Rook, of West Pennsboro Township, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, declare this instrument to be my Last Will
And Testament, in manner and form following:
1. I hereby expressly revoke all Wills and Codicils hereto-
fore made by me.
2. I hereby direct my Executrix to pay all my just debts,
, funeral and administrative expenses out of my estate as soon as
practicable after my death.
3. Should my wife, Almeda M. Rook, survive me for a period
!of thirty (30) days following my death, I devise and bequeath the
remainder of my estate to Almeda M. Rook.
4. Should my wife, Almeda M. Rook, predecease me or die on
or before the thirtieth (30th) day following my death, I devise
land bequeath the remainder of my estate to my issue, per stirpes.
5. I nominate and appoint Farmers Trust Company, Carlisle,
Ipennsylvania, guardian of any property which passes to a minor and
with respect to which I am authorized to appoint a guardian and
have not otherwise specifically done so.

County, Pennsylvania, declare this to be the sole codicil to my
Last Will And Testament dated February 15, 1962.

in lieu thereof I provide as follows:
I hereby revoke Paragraph 6 of my Last l.]ill And Testament;
6. I nominate and appoint my wife, Almeda M. Rook,
as Executrix of this my Last Will And Testament;
and as substitute Executors I nominate and appoint

my children, Joseph S. Rook, Marlin L. Rook, Vera
R. Fahnestock, Rita R. Zeigler and Peggy R. Bozarth.

In all other respects I hereby ratify, confirm, and republis
my Last Will And Testament dated February 15, 1962, together with
