SCHEDULE OF PROPOSED DISTRIBUTION
Suggestion is made, that the balance in hands of Accountant
for Distribution, to wit, the sum of $1,800.00, consisting entirely
of decedent's real estate, be made in Kind to decedent's daughter,
l'1adelyn Lane Wilson, in accordance with the terms and provisions
contained in decedent's Last Will and Testament, and therefore
Distribution is proposed as follows:
In KIND, to Madelyn Lane Wilson, decedent's daughter,
ALL THAT CERTAIN Lot of Ground situated in Springfield
Township, Huntingdon County, Pennsylvania, more fully
bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at an iron pin on the corner of lands now or
formerly of Nellie Green and State Bighway Route 176; thence
along said State Highway in a northerly direction 47.5 feet
to a point; thence in an easterly direction along Lot being
conveyed to Corbett O. Lane, 106 feet, more or less, to an
alley; thence along said alley, in a Southerly direction 45.00
feet to a point; thence along lands now or formerly of Nellie
Green, in a Westerly direction, 100.00 feet to an iron pin,
the place of BEGINNING.

late of the Township of Hampden, County of Cumberland and State of
Pennsylvania, deceased, who being duly sworn according to law, deposes
and states that the foregoing Schedule of Proposed Distribution is
true and correct and represents a correct distribution of the net
assets of the Estate of Lester D. Lane, deceased, and is made in
accordance with the provisions of said decedent's Last Will and
Testament and the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania applicable
thereto.
