KOLTALO, of East Pennsboro Township, Cumber- land County, Pennsylvania, being of sound and disposing mind, memory and understanding, do hereby make, publish and declare this as and for my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all other Wills and Codicils heretofore made by me. FIRST I direct the payment of all my just debts and the expenses of my last illness and funeral from my estate as soon after my death as conveniently may be done. Further, in this connection, I authorize my Executrix to expend funds from my estate for the purchase, erection and inscription of a suitable grave marker. All of the foregoing shall be considered expenses of the adminis- tration of my estate. SECOND I devise and bequeath all of the rest, residue and remainder of my estate of whatever nature and wherever situate, together with any insurance policies thereon, unto my daughter, Betsy A. Kuntzelman, per stirpes. THIRD I appoint Dauphin Deposit Trust Company of Lemoyne, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, guardian of any property which passes either under this will or otherwise to a minor and with respect to which I am authorized to appoint a guardian and have not otherwise specifically done so, provided that this appoint- ment of a guardian shall not apply to property distributable to a minor for whom I have otherwise made special provision, and :;:1 ~:l ~ provided further that this appointment of a guardian shall not supersede the right of any fiduciary, in its discretion, to distribute a share where possible to another for the minor's benefit. Such guardian shall have the power to use principal as well as income, from time to time, for the minor's support and education, (including trade school and undergraduate and graduate college education) or to make payment for these purposes, without further responsibility to the minor or any person taking care of the minor. FOURTH I nominate and appoint my daughter, Betsy A. Kuntzelman, Executrix of this, my Last Will and Testament. In the event of the death, resignation, or inability to serve for any reason what- soever of the said Betsy A. Kuntzelman, I nominate and appoint my son-in-law, Walter E.
