DECREE AWARDING REAL ESTATE

1980, the Account of
Betsy A. Kuntzelman, Executrix of the Will of the above decedent
and Statement of Proposed Distribution having been confirmed by
the Court June 17, 1980, said Statement of Proposed Distribution
awarding, in kind, the real estate hereinafter described,
It is ordered, adjudged and decreed that there is
hereby awarded to Betsy A. Kuntzelman:
All that certain lot or piece of land,
with buildings and improvements thereon
erected, situate in the Township of East
Pennsboro, County of Cumberland and State
of Pennsylvania, bounded and described as
follows:
BEGINNING at a point in the westerly
line of Altoona Avenue at the distance of
one hundred and forty-three and seven hundred
sixteen thousandths (143.716) feet measured
southwardly along said line of Altoona Avenue
from the southeasterly extremity of the arc or
curve having a radius of thirteen and five
hundred forty-six thousandths (13.546) feet
connecting and southeasterly line of Summit
Road with the said line of Altoona Avenue;
thence along said line of Altoona Avenue
south ten (10) degrees twenty (20) minutes
east fifty (50) feet; thence passing through
the middle of the partition wall between the
house on this lot and the house on the lot
adjoining on the south seventy-nine (79)
degrees forty (40) minutes west ninety-six
and seven hundred seventy-six thousandths
(96.776) feet; thence north eleven (11)
degrees seventeen (17) minutes eleven (11)
seconds east fifty-three and seven hundred
eighty-four thousandths (53.784) feet; thence
north seventy-nine (79) degrees forty (40)
minutes east seventy-six and ninety-six
hundredths (76.96) feet to the place of
Beginning.
HAVING thereon erected the northern half
of a double two and one-half story frame
dwelling house known as No. 125 Altoona Avenue,
Enola, Pennsylvania.

BEING the same premises which Leo Koltalo
by Deed dated July 20, 1976, recorded in Deed
Book "R" Volume 26, Page 901, Cumberland County
Records, granted and conveyed unto Ann M. Koltalo.
AND ALSO:
An undivided one-half interest in a lot of
land situate in Hampden Township, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, containing 16,117 square
feet bounded as follows, to wit:
BEGINNING at a point on the northerly right-
of-way line of L.R. 569; thence by land now or
late of Robert Dunbar and wife, formerly Margaret
Frew, north 26 degrees 21 minutes east 155 feet
more or less; thence by lands now or late of
Brubaker, south 44 degrees 40 minutes east 100
feet to a point; thence by other lands formerly
of frew, south 25 degrees 58 minutes west 155 feet
more or less, to the northerly right-of-way line
of L.R. 569 aforesaid; thence by the latter
westwardly 100 feet, more or less, to the place
of BEGINNING.
BEING the same premises conveyed to Ann
Koltalo and Helen Rider by Decree Awarding Real
Estate, dated May 14, 1975 and recorded May 14,
1975 in the Cumberland County Recorder's Office
in Deed Book "B", Vol. 26, Page 313.
