AMENDED ORDER OF COURT
AND NOW, this 16th day of December, 2005, upon consideration of the attached
letter from Harold S. Irwin, III, Esq., the order of court in the above matter dated
December 8, 2005, is hereby amended to reflect that bond shall be posted in the amount
of $25,000 and not $85,000 as previously ordered. In all other respects the order shall
remain in full force and effect.

Judge Oler - your order in this case required a bond in the amount of $85,000. You
actually changed the bond from $25,000 to $85,000. The child is to receive only 25% of
$85,000 proceeds (a total of $21 ,250). In view of that, did you intend to require an
