Mannix, the surviving spouse of the decedent, is the sole party in~1J ,1
interest in the estate and is in the process of selling real propertJl. I
in Harrisburg as an asset of the estate. Settlement on that prope y
is scheduled for November 2, 1979, therefore, there is some urgency
in expediting the petition so that Mr. Mannix may receive the proceeds
of the sale.
