The Petition of James A. Mannix respectfully represents:
I. The decedent, Janet L. Mannix, a married woman, late of
the Borough of Camp Hill, died on September 12, 1978, Intestate. The
present Letters of Administration were granted on December 5, 1978, to
James A. Mannix, Administrator, and the said Janet L. Mannix left to
survive her, her husband, James A. Mannix and one child, Matthew
James Mannix.
II. The names of the Party in interest and the amounts and
character of his interest, and the names of the residuary party in
interest and the nature of his interest are as follows:

IV. The inventory and appraisement of the estate amounting to
$6,000.00, was filed on September 3,1979.
