STIPULATION AGAINST LIENS

THIS AGREEMENT made this J -day of -; 2005, by and
between TDHI BUILDING SERVICES, of 913 Wakefield lwe.
M~chanicsburg, pennsylvania hereinafter referred to as Contractor,
AND
CARLISLE HOUSING OPPORTUNITIES CORPORATION, hereinafter referred
to as Owners, whereby the contractor undertook and agreed to
erected and construct a dwelling on the certain lot of ground
situate in the Borough of Carlisle, Cumberland County, Commonwealth
0;' Pennsylvania, and more fully described in Exhibi t "A" which is
atctached hereto and made a part hereof known as 443 North West
Street, Carlisle, Cumberland County, PA.
NOW THEREFORE, THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSETH: That the 'oaid
Contracto.:, foe an in consideration of the sum of ($1.00) ::Jollar to
Contcractor in hand paid by Owner, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, and the further consideration mentioned In the
agreement aforesaid, for itself, himself or themselves and its, his
or their subcontractors, and all parties acting through or under
them, covenant and agree that no mechanic's liens or claims shall
be filed or maintained by them or any of them against the said
buildings and the lot of ground appurtenant thereto for or on
account oE any work done or materials furnished by them or any of
them under said contract or otherwise, for, towards, in, or about
the erection and construction of the said buildings on the lot
above described, and the said Contractor, for itself, himself or
themselves, its, his or their subcontractors and others under them,
hereby expressly waive and relinquish the right to have, Eile, and
maintain any mechanic's liens or claims against the said buildings
or any oE them, and agn'e that this instrument, waiving the right
of lien, shall be an independent covenant.

Building Services and that he as such President being authorized
to do so, executed the foregoing instrument for the purposes
therein contained by signing the name of the said Corporation by
himself as such President.

Exhibit A
ALL THAT CERTAIN dwelling house and lot of ground situate as 443 North West Street,
in the Borough of Carlisle, County of Cumberland, Pennsylvania:
BEGINNING on tbe West by North West Street; on the North by property now or formerly
of James Otis Campbell; on the East by a private alley; and on the
South by property now or formerly of Charles Shapley. CONTAINING 17.5 feet more or
less in front on said North West Street, and extending in depth 100 feet, more or less.
Said lot of ground has thereon erected the southern half of a double frame dwelling house
known as No. 443 North West Street, and necessary ontbnildings.
