LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF
G. RAYMOND FOGELSONGER
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That I, G. RAYMOND
FOGELSONGER, of the Borough of Shippensburg, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, being of sound mind, memory and understanding, do
make, publish and declare this my Last Will and Testament, here1JY
revoking and making void any and all Wills by me at any time
heretofore made.
ITEM 1. I direct my personal representatives to pay my
just debts, my funeral expenses, the expenses of the administration
of my estate, and all taxes upon property passing by reason of TI1Y
death, from my residuary estate.
ITEM 2. I give the sum of One Thousand ($1,000.00) Dollars
to Methodist Episcopal Church of Shippensburg, Pennsylvania.
ITEM 3. I give, devise, and bequeath to my oldest child,
G. Leonand }:'ogelsonger, my cabin and the land appurt.enant. thereto
at Big Pond, South Newton Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania,
together with all of the contents thereof. I also give to my son,
Leonard, my grandfather1s clock now in my home and my Jeep truck.
ITEM 4. I give all of my other furniture, household fixtures
and equipment, my jewelry, and all of my personal effects to my sons
and daughters living at the time of my death, to be shared equally
by them. It is my desire that my said sons and daughters shall divide
these items among themselves fairly and equitably and if any problems
arise among my children in the course of such distribution and sharing,
I direct that such problems shall be resolved by my daughter, Grace F.
Allison, and each of my children shall accept and respect her judgment.
ITEM 5. I have certain United States Savings Bonds, Certificates
for shares of stock of banks, Certificates of Deposit, Certificates for
shares of State Capitol Savings and Loan Association stock, and of
Knouse Food Products stock, which bear my name together with the name
of a son or daughter of

certificate shall go to my son or daughter named thereon
together with me.
ITEM 6. All the rest# residue and remainder of the
estate of which I die seized, be the same real, personal or
mixed, and wheresoever situate at the time of my death#
(including any money owed to me by Frank Cressler# trading
as Cressler Trucking Company), shall be converted into cash
by my personal representatives and the expenses of the
administration of my estate, including taxes, shall be paid
from said fund and the residue thereof shall be shared equally
by my sons and daughters, G. Leonard Fogelsonger, Grace F.
Allison, Ray E. Fogelsonger# Berkley R. Fogelsonger, Richard M.
Fogelsonger, all of Shippensburg, Pennsylvania, and Peggy F.
BOinis, of Chevy Chase, Maryland.
I constitute and appoint my son, G. Leonard Fogelsongerl
and my daughter, Grace F. Allison, as the Executors of my estate
and request that in the settlement of my estate they employ my
friends, Garber & Garber, of Carlisle, as their attorneys.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have executed this my Last Will and
Testament consisting of two typewritten pages by signing the first
page at the bottom thereof and by affixing my signature and my seal
to this last page, this
