Lang, of Monroeville, Pennsylvania, on demand without offset, the principal sum of $~)q~.'~-8 with interest at the rate of nine (9%) percent per annum, said principal and all interest accrued to be paid in full, without demand, no later than February 15, 1987. To secure payment of this note, the undersigned, irrevocably authorize and empower the prothonotary or any attorney of any court of record of Pennsylvania or elsewhere to appear for the undersigned at any time, before or after maturity, and to confess a judgment against the undersigned, in favor of any holder of this note, without the filing of an averment of default, with release of errors, without stay of execution, and with 10% added for attorneys fees, together with the charges and costs of such suit; and the undersigned further agree that real, personal or mixed property may be sold upon any writ of execution as now or hereafter provided by law or rules of civil procedure regarding the enforcement of judgments, and the undersigned hereby waive and release all benefit and relief from any and all appraisement, stay or exemption laws of any state, now in force or hereafter to be passed.
