I, GRACE HEMPT, of the Borough of Camp Hill, County of Cumber-
land, and State of Pennsylvania, make, publish and declare this to be my
Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking any and all other Wills by me
at any time heretofore made.
I. I direct that my funeral be private and brief, without
viewing, without flowers or memorial service, burial to be in the Hempt
plot to the rear of the Hempt monument in St. John's Cemetery.
II. I direct the payment of my just debts and funeral expenses
as soon after my death as may be convenient to my Executors hereinafter
named.
III. I give and bequeath my household goods unto to my sister,
Marian H. Kalbach.
The oil paintings in my home were loaned to me by the
artist, Marian H. Kalbach, and remain her property, to be delivered to
her at my death.
IV. I direct that any notes or obligations of C. A. Hempt \---
\
Estate, Inc. remaining in my hands shall be converted into cash and t~
proceeds used for the payment of Federal and State Inheritance Taxes and
any other expenses in the settlement of my estate.
V. I give and bequeath unto my sister, Marian Hempt Kalbach,
all of my shares of capital stock of C. A. Hempt Estate, Inc. and Dauphin
Deposit Trust Company, it being my intention that no shares of C. A. Hempt
Estate, Inc. shall be given or sold to anyone except a descendant of C. A.
Hempt.
VI. I give and devise unto my sister, Marian Hempt Kalbach,
the following parcels of real estate:
(1) 3007 Chestnut Street, Camp Hill, Pa.
(2) 3017 Chestnut Street, Camp Hill, Pa.
(3) 2131 Chestnut Street, Camp Hill, Pa.

VII. I give and devise unto my nephew, Robert H. Kalbach,
property No. 3011 Chestnut Street, Camp Hill, Pa.
VIII. If the conversion of my property No. 2156 Yale Avenue,
Camp Hill, Pa., shall be necessary in order to provide funds for the
settlement of my estate, I direct the same to be used for that purpose.
If not so needed, I give and devise the said property No. 2156 Yale Avenue,
Camp Hill, Pa., unto my sister, Marian Hempt Kalbach.
IX. All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, I give,
devise and bequeath unto my sister, Marian Hempt Kalbach. If my sister,
Marian Hempt Kalbach, does not survive me, I give, devise and bequeath to
her issue all property, real and personal, herein devised and bequeathed
to my said sister, Marian.
X. I nominate and appoint as Executor of this, my Will, my
sister, Marian Hempt Kalbach, and my brother, Dr. Lay T. Hempt. If
neither of the above named Executors survive me, I nominate and appoint
as Executor hereof my nephew, Robert H. Kalbach.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I hereunto set my hand and seal this
25th day of September, 1969.
