I direct my executrix, hereinafter named, to pay all my just debts, funeral and administrative expenses as soon as conven- iently may be done after my death. 2. I give, devise and bequeath all of my property, real and personal, to my sister Hazel L. Wilson. 3. If Hazel L. Wilson does not survive me, then I give and devise my house and lot at No. 203 Walnut Street, Carlisle, Pennsyl- vania, to my brother, Harold D. Wilson, of Marion Ohio, and I order and direct my executrix, hereinafter named, to sell all the residue of my property, real and personal, as soon as may be convenient after my decease, at either publiC or private sale or sales, and the pro- ceeds of such a sale or sales, together with any money or its equiva- lent, after payment of debts, expenses, etc., I give and bequeath as follows: Share and share alike to my brothers and sister, any deceased brother or sister to be represented by their issue living at my death. 4.
