LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I, ARI'HUR BOWERMASTER,of South Newton 'Ibwnship, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, being of sound mind and rrerrory, do make, declare and publish
this to be my Last will and Testarrent and revoke any will or Codicil
previously made by me.
ITEM 1. - I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses,
including my gravemarker arrl all expenses of my last illness, shall be paid
from my residuary estate as soon as practicable after my decease as a part
of the expense of the administration of my estate.
ITEM I1.- I give, devise and bequeath all of my estate of every nature,
real and personal, and wherever situate to my great-niece, Alice Catherine
Saphore, her heirs and assigns.
ITEM III. - Should any person entitled to a share of my estate be a
minor at the tine for distribution to her or him, I hereby appoint Retha M.
Bowennaster and Carolyn Vaughn as Trustees to hold all such property, IN.
TRUST, for the benefit of such minor so entitled, to hold, manage and
distribute together with the incone accumulated therefrom to provide for
the support or education, without further responsibility to such minor, to
such minor or his or her parents or to that person taking care of such minor.
Any income and the principal not so applied shall be distributed to such
minor absolutely when he or she attains the age of eighteen years; provided
that all real property passing to Alice Catherine Sapmre under the terms of
this Will as set forth in ITEM II should not be sold by the Trustees narred
herein and shall be held in trust for Alice Catherine Saphore until she
attains majority at which time such trust shall terminate.
lTE IV. - I hereby nominate and appoint Retha M. Bowennaster and
Carolyn Vaughn Executrices of this my Last will.
ITEM V. - I direct that my Executrices or Trustees or their successors
shall not be required to give bond for the faithful performance of their
duties in any jurisdiction.
