LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF CHARLES B. HOLLINGER
I, Charles B. Hollinger, of the Borough of Mechanicsburg,
County of Cumberland and State of Pennsylvania, being of sound
and disposing mind, memory and understanding, do make, publish
and declare this to be my last will and testament, hereby re-
voking and making void all former wills by me at any time
heretofore made.
1. I direct the payment of all my just debts and funeral
expenses as soon as conveniently may be after my decease.
2. All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, real,
personal and mixed, whatsoever and wheresoever situate, I give,
devise and bequeath to my beloved wife, Bessie E. HOllinger,
to her own use and benefit absolutely.
3. In the event, however, that my said wife should pre-
decease me, or as the result of a disaster common to both of us
should die at about the same time as I do or within thirty days
from the date of my death, I give, devise and bequeath my estate
to my children, in equal shares. If any of my children should
predecease me, his or her share shall be divIded among the
children of such deceased child.
4. Lastly, I nominate, constitute and appoInt my said
wife, Bessie E. Hollinger, to be the executrix of this my last
will and testament. If she should predecease me, or for any
other reason fail to qualIfy as such executrix, then I nominate,
constitute and appoint my sons, Samuel P. Hollinger and Harold
R. Hollinger, to be the executors in his place and stead. In the
event that either executor is a non-resident of the State of
Pennsylvania, I direct that he shall not be required to file a
