WALTERS, of 110 East Orange Street, Shippensburg, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, do make and publish this as and for my last will and testament, hereby revoking any and all wills heretofore made by me. 1. I direct my executors to pay all of my debts, funeral and administrative expenses as soon as convenient after my decease. 2. I direct and empower my executors to sell any real and/or personal property owned by me at my death, at either public or private sale or sales, and to give good and sufficient deeds and/or bills of sale therefor, in fee simple, as I could do if living. 3. My funeral and burial expenses are to be paid from the proceeds of my life insurance with Monumental Life Insurance Company. Only the excess, if any, over such expenses, is to go to the personal beneficiary named in any such policies, but the proceeds of any policy with my estate as beneficiary are to be first used for such purposes. 4. I give and bequeath any automobile owned by me at my death to G. Frank Walters and if he be not living, then to Mary G. Walters, his wife. 5. All the rest, residue and remainder of my property, real and personal, including the net proceeds of the sale or sales of real and personal property, I give, devise and bequeath to G. Frank Walters, Hazel Walters and Rhea Messimer, share and share alike. If G. Frank Walters does not survive me, his share shall go to his wife, Mary G. Walters. 6. I nominate and appoint Harold S.
