KALBACH, is aware of the fact that she is the sole legatee and devisee under an existing will of her sister, GRACE E. HEMPT of Camp Hill, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, and will be entitled to the entire estate of Grace E. Henpt, if the undersigned survives her; and {~~EREAS, the undersigned is aware of the fact that if she should survive Grace E. Hempt, the estate which she would inherit under the will as aforesaid could be substantially in excess of the sum of $25~,OOO.OO; and WHEREAS, the undersigned believes that Grace E. Hempt lS in such a physical and mental condition that it would no longer be possible for her to revoke or amend her existing will; and WHEREAS, regardless of the size of the estate to be inherited from Grace E. Hempt and regardless of the circumstances which may hereafter develop, the undersigned does not desire to accept any devise or bequest whatever under the will of the afore- said Grace E. Hempt; and WHEREAS, in view of the fact that the undersigned is advanced in years and is apprehensive that she may survive the aforesaid Grace E. Hempt and be at that time mentally incompetent to file a Disclaimer and Renunciation of all interest in her sister's estate and is accordingly desirous of executing such Disclaimer and Renunciation at this time in order to insure the carrying out of the undersigned's desire not to be a legatee or devisee under the will of her sister, Grace E. Hempt. NOW, THEREFORE, the undersigned, Marian E. Kalbach of CLECKNER a FEAREN ATTORNEYS AT LAW HARRISBURG. PENNSYLVANIA Camp Hill, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, does hereby irrevocably disclaim, renounce, release and surrender any and all right, title and interest to which she may be entitled under the will of Grace E. Hempt, regardless of the size of the estate or interest therein to be inherited and regardless of the physical, mental or financial condition or circumstances of the undersigned at the time of the death of Grace E. Hempt. It is the intention of the undersigned that this Disclaimer and Renunciation should be valid whether or not at the time of the death of Grace E. Hempt the undersigned is under any physical or mental disability and it is intended that this Disclaimer and Renunciation shall be binding upon any natural guardian or Court appointed guardian for the undersigned and shall be binding upon the personal representative of the undersigned or any other party legally entitled to act for the undersigned in any capacity whatso- ever. KALBACH, who is known to me (or has been satisfactorily identified to me) as the person whose name is subscribed to the foregoing Disclaimer andRenunciation, and who acknowledged that she executed the same for the purposes therein specified and stated that she desired that such disclaimer and renunciation be recorded as her act and deed. Prior to the execution of the within document, William Fearen, Esquire, reviewed the contents of the document with the aforesaid Marian E. Kalbach, explained the meaning of the document to her and secured from her an assurance that she understood the document and desired to execute the same, it appearing from the conduct and conversation of the undersigned that she fully under- stood the nature and consequences of the act of signing the instrument.
