Bowerrraster, and Carolyn Vaughn Executrices of the Estate of Arthur Bowerrraster, Deceased, by their Attomey, l-1cCrea & Davis, and petition your Honorable Court for an order directing the fom of distribu- tion of the interest of a certain minor beneficiary of said estate and respectfully represent as follows: 1. That thele is one minor child, Alice Catherine Saphore, who is the sole beneficiary of the EEtate of Arthur Bowerrraster, Deceased, as set forth in his Last Will and Testatrrent duly probated on Decerrber 7, 1978, said child' birth date being June 29, 1975. 2. That the said minor child is to receive as her distributive share of the Estate all of the net distributable estate account. 3. That therefore the total value of the estate of said minor is Three 'lhousand Seven Hundred sixteen and 97/100 ($3,716.97) Ibllars. 4. That pursuant to the powers granted in section 5103 of the Pennsyl- vania Probate, Estates and Fiduciaries Code, Your Honorable Court has authori ty and power to direct that the estate of said minor be deposited in a :.:.: sB:JUestered account in the nane of the minor, in banks, building and loan associations or savings and loan associations insured by a Federal gover.rmental agency; to wit, sequestered savings accounts in the First Federal Savings and Loan Association of Carlisle, Pennsylvania. 6. That the minor herein naned shall not be caPable of effecting any withdrawal from any such account until the minor attains her majority, except as authorized by a prior order of this Honorable Court. lIiJHEREFDRE;, your petitioners pray that the estate of the said minor of the value of less than $10,000.00 be paid and deposited into a sequestered to be held in the nane of Alice catherine Saphore, ceposited in the First Federal Savings and Loan Association of Carlisle, Pennsylvania, in accordance with section 5103 of the Probate Estates and Fiduciaries Code, without appointrrent of a guardian or the entry of any security.
