understanding, do hereby make, publish and declare this as and fomy L.st
Will and Testament, hereby revoking and making void any and all W lle by me
at any time heretofore made.
FIRST: I order and direct my Executors hereinafter named to p'.iall my
just debts, funeral expenses, administration expenses and all Inh ~itance,
Estate, Succession and Transfer Taxes, as soon as may be convenie tly done
after my death, out of my residuary estate; and I further direct hat the
monument in the Old Graveyard, where I desire to be buried beside my first
husband, Walter J. Lins, be marked with the years of '/IlY birth. and death.
SECOND: I hereby make the following gifts and bequests:
A. To my granddaughter, Judy Lins, my small solitaire iUlond ring
and Two Hundred ($200.00) Dollars in cash.
B. To my granddaughter, Susan Mary Pearson, my large s litaire
diamond ring. If the said ring is not in my possession at the ti~e of my
death, I hereby give and bequeath to my said granddaughter the su of Three
Hundred ($300.00) Dollars in cash.
C. To my grandson, Joseph W. Lins, the sum of Three Hu dred ($300.00)
Dollars in cash.
D. To my grandson, William G. Lins, the sum of Three H ndred
($300.00) Dollars in cash.
THIRD: I give and bequeath my remaining jewelry and my ho~sehold furniture
and furnishings, silverware, glassware, china, etc. to my two (2) children,
Walter J.. Lins, Jr., and Louise L. Pearson, in equal shares, their heirs and
assigns forever.
FOURTH: I hereby give, devise and bequeath my property sit ated at No.

1. A l4K yellow gold ring with white gold trim set
with a center diamond of approximately .07 points
(cracked) and flanked on each siqe by a single-cut
diamond of approxirna.telj' .025 points, for a total
approximate weight of diamonds of .12 carat. The
ring is badly Worn.

a center diamond of approximately .33 carat, the
stone of mixed cut ann containing some cloudy and
