TO: EXECUTOR OF THE LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF THE SAID MARY L.
SHOEMAKER, DECEASED; REGISTER OF WILLS AND CLERK OF THE
ORPHANS' COURT OF CUMBERLAND COUNTY; AND LEGATEES, DEVISEES
AND CREDITORS OF THE ABOVE ESTATE:
I, C. HOWARD SHOEMAKER, Widower of the above decedent,
who died on the 8th day of November, 1978, having first made, pub-
Ii shed and declared her Last Will and Testament, dated October
13, 1969, duly probated in the Office of the Register of Wills of
Cumberland County, on November 15, 1978, and recorded in Will Book
79, Page 707, hereby elect to take under the terms of the said Will.
YOU ARE ALSO HEREBY NOTIFIED that I also do hereby elect
to receive the family allowance of $2,000.00.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and seal
