PennsYlvaI1ia, being of sound and disposing mind, memor:r and understanding,
do hereby "1ake, Dublish and declare this as and for my last ','!ill and Testament,
hereby revoking and making void an''- and all ~'lills b~r me at any time heretofore
made.
1. I direct my hereinafter named Executrices to nay all of my just debts
and funeral eXnenses as soon after my dea t1:1 as may be found convenient to do so.
2. I direct my hereinafter named Executrices to sell at nubilc or nrivate
sale for such sum or SQms of Money as may seem best for my estate, all real
estate of which I may die seized.
3. I give and bequeath in equal shares all of my personal oronertv to
mY"\Tife, Bertha F. :-lalter and my daughter Bernice E. '!Jalter, linth the exee'9tion
that I give to the children of my second wife, Viola Walter, now deceased, the
living room suit consisting of a sofa and chair, the dinette set, one nlatform
rocker, one TV chair, one coffee table, one green china cu!,board, h.w end tables
and ~!O floor lam~s, and all pictures 1Jhether framed or unf'ramed, to be
divided aJ'1ong them as equally as possible.
L~. The balance of my estate not hereinbefore disDosed of, I give and
bequeath in equal shares unto my 1rJife, Bertha F. H'alter and unto my daughter
Bernice K. Walter, absolutely.
If my said, ":'Tife, Bertha F. ';,1ialter is not living at the time of miT death,
then I direct that her share in the balance of the estate sha.ll be naid to her
son, Albert Thrush. If both m;T said I,Tife and her son, Albert 'fhrush, are not
livinG at the time of ~y death, then I direct that the said one-half share of
the remainder of my estate shall be paid to the v!ife of the s~id Albert Thrush.
