CITATION
WE COMNAND, you that laying aside all business and E~XCllses
whatsoever, you be and appear in your proper person before the
Honorable Judges of the Common pleas Court, Orphans'Court
Division at a session of the said Court there to held, for
the County of Cumberland to show,cause why he should not be
adjudged an incompetent and a guardian of his estate appointed;
hearing to be held in Courtroom Number ?, Cumberland County
Court House, Carlisle, Pennsylvania, on November 1, 1978,
at 10:00 A.M.,EDST.
At least 20 days notice of the hearing shalll:e given to Louis
T. Schoch, the alleged incompetent, by personal service of a copy
of said Petition and citation, and by service of notice upon
the next of kin who are sui juris, personally or by certified
ma i 1 .
Notice shall also be given to all next of kin listed in
paragraph number 6 of the petition.
