appearing to the Court that the
inheritance tax will be resolved shortly after July 7, 1980, and upon
motion of Counsel for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of
Revenue, it is hereby Ordered and Directed that the hearing set for
June 13, 1980 is hereby continued generally. In the event that a hearing
is necessary, leave is granted to the Department of Revenue to petition
the Court for the establishment of a hearing date.
