Petition of Carolyn J. Neidigh, it is hereby ordered and decreed that Petitioner is authorized in
her individual capacity to purchase the real estate located at 207 Frytown Road, Upper Frankford
Township, Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania and the Clerk of the Orphan's Court
Division is hereby directed to execute and deliver a Deed to Carolyn J. Neidigh, her heirs and
assigns, upon verification that the purchase price of $63,000.00 is received by the Estate for said
purchase of real estate.
