consideration of the attached Petition for the Appointment of a Guardian for Minors'
Estates, it is hereby Ordered and Decreed that:
1. A citation is awarded, directed to Le Dora E. Allen, a minor over fourteen
years of age and Katharine J. Allen, a minor, through her mother Judy Allen, to show
why a GUARDIAN of their estates should be appointed; the hearing thereon to be held
in courtroom _L Cumberland County Courthouse, Carlisle, P A on · ~'P-t"""r- ~

2. Counsel shall cause to be served (by personal service) the Citation with
Notice and Petition, pursuant to 20 Pa.C.S. s511l(a), upon the minor persons at least
twenty (20) days prior to the court hearing for the Guardianship. The contents and
terms of the Citation with Notice and Petition shall be read and explained to the minor.
An affidavit of service shall be presented at the beginning of the court hearing.
3. At least twenty (20) days prior notice of the court hearing together with a
copy of the Petition shall be given personally or by certified mail to minors' parents and
proposed Guardian, in accordance with 20 Pa.C.S. 13511l(a) et. seq.

4. Petitioner or counsel shall notify the court, in writing, at least seven (7)
days prior to the court hearing if counsel has been removed or no longer represents the
mInor persons.
5. The minors shall be present at the court hearing.
