STIPULATION AGAINST LIENS

COR CONSTRUCTION SERVICES, INC .
hereinafter referred to a~ Contractor,

DARRELL & DONNA SPOONHOUR

hereinafter referred to as Owners,
Whereby the fanner undertook and agreed to erect and construct a garage on that certain lot of ground
situate at 137 W. Middlesex Drive, Middlesex Township, Carlisle, Pennsylvania,
Being further identified as Tax Parcel No, :;) 1- 0 ':J- -(:i-I.}") -c3/ r-)
NOW THEREFORE, THIS AGREEME:-.JT WITNESSETH That the said Contractor, for and in
consideration of the sum of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00) to him in hand paid by Owner, the receipt whereof is
!i.ereby acknowledged, and !:he further considel"ation mentioned in the agreement aforesaid, for
themselves and their subcontractors, and all parties acting through or under them, covenant and agree
that no mechanic's liens or claims shall he filed or maintai.ned by them 01' any of them against the said
buildings and the lot of ground appurtenant thereto for or on account of any work done Or materials
fwnished by them or any of them under said contract or otherwise, for, towards, in, Or about the erection
and construction of the said buildings on the lot a hove-described, and the said Contractor, for
themselves, their subcontractors and others under them, hereby expressly waive and relinquish the right
t<;> have, file, and maintain any mechanic's liens or claims against the said buildings or any of them, and
~gree that 1his instrument, waiving the right of lien, shall be an independent covenant.
