Petition for Distribution Under Section 3102 of the Probate, Estates and Fiduciaries Code (and Claim for Family
Exemption).
DECREE.
AND NOW, .., upon consideration of the annexed petition and pursuant to the provisions of
Section 3102 of the Probate Estates and Fiduciaries Code, as amended, the following property of
the Estate of John R. Druschel, deceased: One Thousand (1,000) Membership Interests
heretofore owned by John R. Druschel in John R. Druschel & Associates, LLC, a Pennsylvania
limited liability company, is ordered to be distributed and is awarded as follows: to decedent's
wife, Janice Jean Druschel.
Payment and distribution are accordingly so decreed and Janice Jean Druschel is authorized to
receive, collect and distribute the property as hereinabove set forth, and to make any and all
necessary assignments and transfers.
