ORPHANS' COURT DIVISION

WE COMMAND, you that laying aside all business and excuses
whatsoever, you be and appear in your proper person before the
Honorable Judges of the Common pleas Court, Orphans. Court
Division at a session of the said Court there to be held,
for the County of Cumberland to show cause why she should
not be adjudged an incompetent and a guardian of her estate
appoi.nted i hear ing to be held in Caur troom Number 2, cumber land
County Court House, carlisle, Pennsylvania, on November 1, 1978,
at 10:00 o'clock, A.M., EDST.
At least 20 days notice of the hearing shall be given to
Nan w.schach, the alleged incompetent, by personal service of
a copy of said petition ard citation, and by service of
notice upon the next of kin who are sui juris, personally
or by certified mail.
Notice shall also be given to all next of kin listed in
paragraph number 7 of the Petition.
