I, Newburg, Upper Mifflin Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being of sound and disposing mind, memory and understanding, and considering the uncertainty of life, do hereby make and publish this my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking and making void all former wills by me at any time heretofore made. FIRST. I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be fully paid and satisfied as soon as conveniently may be, after my death. SECOND. I give, devise and bequeath all my property, real, personal and mixed, whatsoever and wheresoever situate to my beloved husband, LOUIS T. SCHaCHt absolutely. THIRD. In the event that my said husband, LOUIS T. SCHOCH, predeceases me, or we die as a result of a common disaster, I then direct my hereinafter named Executor to sell all my said estate, at either public or private sales and after payment of debts, to distribute the net proceeds as follows: A. To distribute the net proceeds from the sale of my household furnishings EXCEPT silverware, china and glassware to my three (3) nephews, SAMUEL W. SALING, JR. t GUSTAV A. SALING, of R. D. 1, Media, Pennsylvania and ROBERT L. SALING of Drexel Hill, Pennsylvania, in equal shares, absolutely. B. I give and bequeath my silverware, chinaware and glassware to ESTELLA ESTBERG, of Havertown, Pennsylvania, absolutely.
