Tax P~rcel No. 13-23-0549-136A, on the Plan of O. P. Raffensperger Associates dated December 23, 1971 and
recorded in the Cumberland Coun~ Recorder's O~oe in Plan Book 22, Page 155, and made pa~ hereof by
reference, for any and all work don~ upon and materials furnished for 8 dwelling h0u~;e or other ~uitdings or other
,mprov~ment8 on said land by us in the erection, building and completion thereof, or that m~y nerve,er be ~one
or furnished on the s~me so that OWNER holds the ~8i~ ~mprovement a~d lot free and Glear of any present ~nd
future claims of any mechanic~ lien ~or any ~abor or material8 ~upplie~ or to be supplied by us ~n or towards any

provisions of the Mechanics Lien Act of 1963, as amended.
