WAIVER OF RIGHT TO FILE MECHANIC'S LIEN
WHEREAS, CALDWELL, HECKLES & EGAN, INC., 1270 Grofftown Road,
Lancaster, P A 17602 ("Contractor") entered into a contract with PRESBYTERIAN HOMES,
INC., 210 Big Spring Road, Newville, PA l724l ("Owner"), to provide materials and perform
labor necessary for construction of four (4) cottage units on the Green Ridge Village Campus,
located at 210 Big Spring Road, Newville, PAl 7241.
NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby stipulated and agreed by and between said parties, as
part of the said contract and for the consideration therein set forth, that neither the undersigned
contractor, any subcontractor or material man, nor any other person furnishing labor or materials
to the said contractor under this contract shall file a lien, conunonly called a Mechanic's Lien, for
work done or materials furnished to the said building or any part thereof.
This Stipulation is made and intended to be filed with the County Prothonotary within ten
(10) days after date, in accordance with the requirements of Act of Assembly of Pennsylvania, in
such case provided.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Contractor has hereunto signed and sealed these presents this
l2th day of December, 2005.
