for the County of Cumberland, in the 5thd Floor Hearing Room of the New Courthouse, in the Borough of
Carlisle, on the 10th day of January, 2005, at 2:00, P.M., and to show cause why a copy of the Last Will and
Testament of Joseph A. Charette, dated July 19, 1994, should not be admitted to probate and Letters
Testamentary be issued to Emma Henry.
