WHEREAS D. PAUL I3EALE and TIlE ESTATE OF MILDRED E. BEALE, with a principal
address
of 4409 Royal Oak Road, Camp Hill, Pennsylvania. 170 II, Owner of the premises located at 3721 Market
Street. Camp Hill. Pennsylvania (the "Building" ) has executed or is about to execute a construction
contract with REYNOLDS RESTORATION SERVICES, INC. , the contractor, with its principal office
address of 3300 North Third Street, Harrisburg, Pennsylvania for the remodeling or construction work
at 3721 Market Street. Camp Hill, Pennsylvania. Hampden Township. Cumberland County, Pennsylvania,
more particularly bound and described in the Deed dated March 11, 1998 and recorded in the Office of the

Recorder of Deeds ofCumberJand County in Deed Book 173, Page 628.
NOW, THEREfORE, this I Z- dayof l)~C
. 2005, before any authority has
been given by D. PAUL BEALE and THE ESTATE OF MILDRED E. BEALE, Owners, to'REYNOtDSC
RESTORATION SERVICES, INC., Contractor, to commence work on said Building or purchase
materials for the same. in consideration of the making of the above described contract with REYNOLDS
RESTORATION SERVICES, INC.. the Contractor, and in further consideration of One Dollar (1;1.00 )
paid to the Contractor by the Owners, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, it is agreed that no
liens or claims shall be tiled or maintained against the Owners' Building, as above described, by the
Contractor, or any subcontractor, or by any of the materialmen or workmen or any other person acting
through or under them, for or on account of any labor, or materials purchased, or extra labor or materials
purchased for, towards, in or about the construction and improvement of said Building, under said
contract or otherwise, the right to have, file, and maintain such liens or claims against the Building
above described being hereby expressly waived by the Contractor tor itself, its subcontractors. all
