LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF PHYLLIS J KENNEDY
I, Phyllis J Kennedy of the Borough of Carlisle, Cumberland County, PA., do
hereby make publish and declare this to be my last will and testament hereby
revoking all testamentary writings by me at any time ~eretofore made.
Item 1. I direct my executor, hereafter named to pay all my just debts,
funeral and administration expenses as soon after my decease as
practicable.
Item 2. I give, devise and bequeath unto my husband Richard S Kennedy
my entire estate providing he is living at the time of my death.
Item 3. If my husband is not living at the time of my death then I dispose
of my entire estate as follows.
a. I give one-half of my estate to Steven R Kennedy, my son.
b. I give one-half of my estate to Kenneth K Kennedy, my son.
I hereby, name and appoint my husband Richard S Kennedy to be the executor hereof
and in the event he does not survive me, I name constitute and appoint my son
Kenneth K Kennedy to be the executor hereof.
Witness my hand and seal this 12 day of March 1976, A.D.
