STATEMENT OF THE REASONS FOR THE PROrosED DISTRIBUTION
The above distribution is proposed because Lillie E. Sheehy, the incane
beneficiary of this trust, died November 11, 1978. According to the trust
instrument at Mrs. Sheehy's death the trust terminates and the principal and
incane are distributed equally to her three children, Charles D. Sheehy, Rita
O'Ha11oran and Thanas E. Sheehy.
