LAST WILL
I, STELLA A. BERLIN, of Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania,
declare this to be my Last Will and revoke any wills previously made by me.
I wish to express heartfelt gratitude to Almighty God for His loving
care, guidance, protection and direction which I asked for and received.
1. I bequeath the sum of $1,000.00 to St. Patricks Church,
Carlisle, Pennsylvania, for masses to be said for the repose of my soul.
II. I bequeath to my nephew, Charles D. Sheehy, P.O. Box 204,
Ligonier, Pa., 15658, such of my personal items (including jewelry) and house-
hold furniture and furnishings as he may desire. I request that the remainder of
such personal items and household furniture and furnishings be sold or otherwise
disposed of by my friends, Kathleen M. Dete and Margaret Saidis ,,,,and any money

realized from such sale is to be given by my executors to the Womens Council,
St. Patricks Church, Carlisle, Pa.
III. I direct the residue of my estate of whatever nature and wherever
situated be divided by my executors into eight shares. I devise and bequeath said
full shares as follows:
One share to Charles D. Sheehy, Sr. and Pauline Sheehy,
P. O. Box 204, Ligonier, Pa., 15658
One share to Thomas Sheehy and Judith Sheehy, 726 S. Grove
Avenue, Oak Park, Ill., 60304
One share to Rita Sheehy O'Halloran, 11511 113th St. North,
Apt. 5B, Largo, Florida, 33540
One share to Madeline Julien, 11104 Spartan Court, Sun City,
Arizona, 85351

IV. As to all of the other residuary distributions set forth above and in
the event of the death of the parent or parents leaving children to survive, I direct
that distribution of such share be made by my executors to the children of such
deceased parent or parents per stirpes. In the event of the death of such parent or
parents without leaving children to survive, I direct that such portion which would
have been payable to them now become a part of my residuary estate distributable
as set forth above.
V. All estate, inheritance, succession and other taxes imposed or payable
by reason of my death, and interest and penalties thereon, with respect to all property
comprising my gross estate for death tax purposes, whether or not such property passes
under this will, shall be paid out of my estate as if such taxes were administrative
expenses, without apportionment or right of reimbursement. I authorize my executor
to pay all such taxes at such time or times as may be deemed advisable.
VI. I appoint Charles D. Sheehy and Farmers Trust Company of Carlisle, Pa.
to be executors of this my Last Will. I direct that my executors shall not be required
to file bond in this or any other jurisdiction.

testator and witnesses, respectively, whose names are signed to the attached or
foregoing instrument, being first duly sworn, do hereby declare to the undersigned
authority that the testator signed and executed the instrument as her Last Will and
that she had signed willingly, and that she executed it as her free and voluntary act
for the purposes therein expressed, and that each of the witnesses, in the presence
and hearing of the testator, signed the will as witness and that to the best of his
knowledge the testator was at that time eighteen years of age or older, of sound mind and
under no constraint or undue influence.
