DEAN REED, of the Borough of Camp Hill, County of Cumberland and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, being of sound and disposing mind, memory and understanding, do make, publish and declare this as and for my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking and making void all former wills and codicils by me at any time heretofore made. FIRST. I order and direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid by my Executors or Executor, as the case may be, hereinafter named, as soon as conveniently may be done after my decease. SECOND. It is my wish and direction that my remains be interred at Spring Hill Cemetery at Shippensburg, Pennsylvania. THIRD. I order and direct my Executors or Executor, as the case may be, hereinafter named, to divide into twelve (12) equal parts all the rest, residue and remainder of my Estate, real, personal and mixed, whatsoever and wheresoever situated, and I give, devise and bequeath one (1) such equal part unto each of the persons named as follows: (a) my wife, JANE ALLEN REED; ~) my daughter, MILDRED R. BENNETT; (c) my daughter, VIRGINIA R. DUBS; (d) my son, JOHN M. REED; (e) my son, STUART H. REED; (f) my son, CARL W. REED; (g) my son, BERNARD D. REED; (h) my daughter, DOROTHY R. MOORE; (i) my son, PAUL A. REED; (j) my daughter, AGNES R. HENRY; (k) my son, LEONARD V. REED; and (1) my daughter, EVA R. RUSSELL; share and share alike, absolutely and in fee simple. If my wife, JANE ALLEN REED, should not survive me, then and in that event, I order and direct that the foregoing provisions to and for her shall lapse, and my entire residuary LAW OFFICES SNELBAKER. McCALEB & ELICKER estate shall be divided equally among my eleven (11) named co ~-:Ji I,. ; '-J children above. Should any of my said children predecease me, I order and direct that the share of any such deceased child in my residuary estate shall be distributed unto such deceased childTs issue per stirpes, said issue taking their deceased ancestor1s share by representation and not per capita. LASTLY. I nominate, constitute and appoint two (2) of my sons, namely, BERNARD D. REED and LEONARD V. REED, to be the Executors of this, my Last Will and Testament, each to serve without bond. Should either of my said sons fail to qualify as such Executor or cease so to serve, I order and direct that the son so qualifying shall be the sole Executor hereof. IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I, N.
