Dear Ms. Strasbaugh:
Enclosed are the following items we forward on behalf of the above-referenced Estate:
1. An Oath of Subscribing Witness executed by Sharon L. Wick (one of the two
subscribing witnesses to the decedent's Will that was admitted to probate last
Friday); and
2. An Affidavit that summarizes our efforts in trying to locate Maria K. Hadley (the
other subscribing witness to the decedent's Will).
With respect to the Affidavit, we believe that we have exhausted all reasonable efforts to
locate Ms. Hadley. We therefore request that you accept the Oath of Non-Subscribing witness
that was executed by Peter Forman during our visit to your office last Friday in lieu of the second
Oath of Subscribing Witness.
Kindly forward the Letters Testamentary, Short Certificates and invoice to evidence
amounts paid last Friday to my attention at your first convenience.

I, Mark D. Hipp, Esquire, being duly sworn according to law, hereby state the following:
1. I am the attorney for the Estate of Gertrude F. Coords, deceased (the "Decederit'~).

The Decedent died on December 12, 2005, a resident of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania. c~
2. The Decedent's Last Will and Testament, dated July 25, 2000 (the "Will"), was
presented for probate at the Cumberland County Register of Wills' Office on December 16,
2005. The Decedent's signature on the Will was witnessed by two subscribing witnesses;
however, the signatures of the Decedent and the witnesses were not notarized.
3. An Oath of Subscribing Witness is being presented on even date herewith to the
Register from the one subscribing witness, namely, Sharon L. Wick, Esquire. Attorney Wick
drafted the Will.
4. The other subscribing witness, Maria K. Hadley, Esquire, was an associate
attorney affiliated with the law firm in Buffalo, New York where Ms. Wick practiced (the
"Firm") and was present at the time the Decedent signed the Will.
5. Attorney Wick has advised that Attorney Hadley is no longer employed by the
Firm and had moved to Boston, Massachusetts.
6. The 2005 edition of Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory has a listing for a
Maria K. Hadley at the Boston, Massachusetts branch office of the accounting firm
Pricewaterhouse Coopers.

7. Our office contacted the Boston, Massachusetts office of Pricewaterhouse
Coopers in an attempt to locate Attorney Hadley. We were advised by a receptionist that there
was no listing under that name.
8. Our office then searched internet resources for any listing for Ms. Hadley in
Boston, Massachusetts. We were not able to locate any further listing for Ms. Hadley.
9. Neither Attorney Wick nor the Human Resources Manager at the Firm have any
further leads as to the current whereabouts of Attorney Hadley.
I hereby acknowledge that the facts set forth in the aforesaid Affidavit are made subject
to the penalties of 18 Pa. C.S. 4904 relating to unsworn falsification to authorities.
