STIPULATION AGAINST LIENS
WHEREAS, Wheatland Custom Homes, Inc., a Pennsylvania Corporation, of
Pennsylvania, is about to execute contemporaneously herewith, a contract with Wheatland Custom
Homes, Inc., a Pennsylvania Corporation of Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, for the erection of a
dwelling upon a lot ofland situate as follows:
ALL THAT CERTAIN tract or parcel ofland situate in East Pennsboro Township,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, more particularly bounded and described as follows, to wit:
BEGINNING at a point on the western right-of-way line of Larch Lane (a fifty foot
right-of-way), said point being located the following two (2) courses from the terminus of a curve
connecting the eastern right-of-way with the northern right-of-way line of Redwood Drive (a fifty
foot right-of-way) I ) by a line crossing Larch Lane South fifty-seven degrees twelve minutes forty-
eight seconds West (S 570 12' 48" W) a distance of fifty and no hundredths feet (50.00') to a point;
2) South thirty-two degrees forty-seven minutes twelve seconds East (S 320 47' 12" E) a distance
of one hundred eighty -seven and twenty - four hundredths (I 87.24') to a point; thence from said point
of BEGINNING by the western right-of-way line of Larch Lane, South thirty-two degrees, forty-
seven minutes twelve seconds East (S 320 47' 12" E), a distance of sixty-three and forty-eight
hundredth feet (63.48') to a point; thence by the same by a curve to the left having a radius of fifty
feet, an arc distance of sixteen and eighty-four hundredth feet (I 6.84') to a point; thence by Lot No.
100 South fifty-seven degrees twelve minutes forty-eight seconds West, a distance of one hundred
fifteen and seventy-four hundredth feet (I 15.74') to a point; thence by land now or late of Susan
Magaro North thirty-three degrees one minute forty-five seconds West, a distance of eighty feet (80')
to a point; thence by Lot No. 98 North fifty-seven degrees twelve minutes forty-eight seconds East,
a distance of one hundred thirteen and twenty-seven hundredth feet (I 13.27') to a point, the Place
of BEGINNING.
BEING Lot No. 99 as shown on the Final Subdivision Plan of Penn Valley, Phase
V. Recorded in Plan Book 89, Page 123.
UNDER AND SUBJECT to a twenty-five foot drainage easement, as shown on the
above mentioned plan.

NOW, the W day of December, 2005, at the time of and immediately before
the execution of the principal contract, and before any authority has been given by the said
Wheatland Custom Homes, Inc., a Pennsylvania Corporation to the said Wheatland Custom Homes,
Inc., a Pennsylvania Corporation to commence work on the said building, or purchase materials for
the same in consideration of the making of the said contract with Wheatland Custom Homes, Inc.,
a Pennsylvania Corporation and the further consideration of One Dollar, to Wheatland Custom
Homes, Inc., a Pennsylvania Corporation paid by Wheatland Custom Homes, Inc., a Pennsylvania
Corporation it is agreed that no lien shall be filed against the building by the contractor, or any sub-
contractor, nor by any ofthe material men or workmen or any other person for any labor, or materials
purchased, or extra labor or materials purchased for the erection of said building, the right to file
such liens being expressly waived.
WITNESS, our hand and seals the day and year aforesaid.
