WHEREAS, RY'ltJ M, Twigg and Helena L. Twigg and, of 126 "c" Street, Carlisle, Pa,
117013, hereinafter called the Owner, is about to execute comtemporaneously with
J 3 Mechanical Services of 208 E, Springville Road, Boiling Springs, Pa,
17007 , hereinafter called the Contractor, a
contract for the rehab of a single family dwelling upon a lot of land situate:
ALL THAT CERTAIN tract of land situate in the Borough of Carlisle, County of
Cumberland Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the South side of "C" Street at corner of a sixteen foot alley;
thence South along the East side of said alley, 69 feet to a point on lot formerly of
William L. Spangler; thence along lot formerly of William I. Spangler, East 30 feet to a
point; thence along other land now or formerly of William L. Spangler, North 69 feet to a
point on the South side of "C" Street; thence along the South Side of "C" Street, West 30
feet to a point and Place of BEGINNING,
HAVING thereon erected a dwelling known as 126 C. Street, Carlisle, Pennsylvania
17013,
BEING Parcel No. 06-20-1798-035A
NOW, November, ).,':S-f~, 2005 ,at the time of and
immediately before the execution of the principal contract, and before any authority has
been given by the Owner to the Contractor to commence work on said building or
improvements or purchase materials for the same, it is hereby stipulated and agreed by
and between said parties as part of said contract and for the consideration therein set
forth, that neither the undersigned Contractor, any Sub-Contractor or material man, nor
any other person furnishing labor or materials to the said Contractor under the contract
entered into between said parties shall file a lien for work done or material furnished to
said building, improvements or any part thereof.
