Dear Sir or Madam:
Thank you for your letter dated December 23, 2005, reminding us of the non-filing of an
inheritance tax return in this estate. The filing of this return was hampered by persons
residing in the decedent's home at the time of his death, who refused to vacate and
then made a claim that they were entitled to a distribution of the real estate to them.
Those claims have now been settled and the those persons have vacated the property.
When they vacated we were able to make a better assessment of the value of the home
based on substantial problems with the home which needed repairs in order to sell it.
We now bave a buyer for the home and the sale of the real estate is scheduled for
Ja'riuarY6, 2606~'' Upon settlement, we will have sufficient funds to file the return and
pay all taxes due. I expect to conclude these matter by January 13, 2006.
