This cause came on to be heard on the 16th day of July, 1991, upon the Complaint and Counterclaim. Upon the evidence, the Court finds that the parties have been residents of Fairfield County and the State of Ohio for at least six (6) months immediately preceding the filing of their respective pleadings. The Court further finds that the Plaintiff and Defendant were married in Commack, New York, on May 6, 1973, and there have been four (4) children born of their marriage, to wit: Vincent J. Zambuto, born July 6, 1974, Robert J. Zambuto, born March 3, 1977, Thomas J. Zambuto, born February 21, 1980, and Nicole J. Zambuto, born August 22, 1985. It further appears to the Court that the parties are incompatible and by reason thereof, they are entitled to be divorced from the other. IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the parties are hereby granted a divorce from the other, and that the marriage contract heretofore existing between the parties is hereby terminated and the parties are released from the obligations of the same. It further appears to the Court that the parties have reached an agreement concerning the care, custody and control of the minor children of the parties, visitation, and a division of their property and the payment of the obligations incurred during their marriage. Said agreements have been set down in a Separation Agreement signed July 16, 1991, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit A and made a part hereof as if fully rewritten herein. IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the parties shall comply with their individual obligations and duties set out therein, and permit the other party to take possession of all items of property to which he or she is entitled under the terms of the agreement. Each party shall execute and deliver all documents, titles and/or certificates necessary and proper to effectuate all terms of this agreement. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED ADJUDGED, AND DECREED that all Restraining Orders presently existing in this case are vacated and the Defendants Dean Witter Reynolds, Inc., and Franklin Federal Tax-Free Income Fund, Inc., are hereby released from the effect of any of said Restraining Orders. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Plaintiff, Patricia Zambuto, and Defendant, Baldassare Zambuto, notify the Court in writing of their current mailing address, their current residence address, -2- and of any changes in either address, immediately after such changes occur until further order of the Court. PLAINTIFF AND DEFENDANT ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED PURSUANT TO R.C. ~3ll3.2l(G)(3) THAT A WILFUL FAILURE TO SUPPLY A CORRECT ADDRESS OR RESIDENCE ADDRESS, OR TO PROVIDE THE COURT WITH ALL CHANGES IN EITHER ADDRESS, IS CONTEMPT OF COURT.
