TRACT NO. 1
ALL THAT CERTAIN lot of ground with the buildings and improvements
thereon erected, situate in the Township of Silver Spring, County of Cumberland,
and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, bounded and described as follows, to wit:
THE POINT OF BEGINNING of this lot of ground is found by starting at
the intersection of the center lines of a public road known as Legislative Route
597 and a public road known as White Birch Avenue, as shown in the plan of
White Birch Farms Development; THENCE running due South along the center
line of White Birch Avenue four hundred six and fifteen hundredths (406.15) feet
to the center line of Oak Lane; THENCE running due East along the center line
of Oak Lane three hundred fifteen (315) feet to a point; THENCE running due
South a distance of twenty-five feet (25) to the point of BEGINNING, on the south
side of a fifty (50) foot street known as Oak Lane; THENCE along the south side
of said street, due East one hundred twenty (120) feet to an iron pin; THENCE
along other land now or late of George W. Walker and Mary Alice Walker, his

south, one hundred fifty-nine and two hundredths (159.02) feet to a point in the
center line of a twenty (20) foot drainage and utility easement; thence along the
center line of said easement (other land of George W. Walker and Mary Alice
Walker, his wife), south 87 degrees 51 minutes west, one hundred and seven
hundredths (100.07) feet to a point; thence along other land of Robert L. Condon

Walker, his wife, by their deed dated June 29, 1967, granted and conveyed unto
Robert L. Condon and Dorothy E. Condon. The said Robert L. Condon
predeceased Dorothy E. Condon, thereby vesting title into said Dorothy E.
Condon.
